3. Purposes and legal bases of processing
Using the Website
We process the personal data of everyone who uses the Website (the IP address or other identifiers) for the following purposes:
- to provide services by electronic means, namely to make the content published on the Website available to Users - the legal basis is that processing is necessary for the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
- for analytical and statistical purposes - the legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), which consists in analysing Users’ activity and preferences in order to improve the features we use and the services we provide;

Your activity on the Website, including your personal data, is recorded in system logs. We process the information collected in the logs mainly for purposes related to providing our services. We also process it for technical and administrative purposes, to keep the IT system secure and to manage it, and for analytical and statistical purposes. In this respect, the legal basis for processing is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Contact form
On the Website, you can contact us using an electronic contact form. To use the form, you need to provide the personal data we need to contact you and answer your question. You can also provide other data in the form to make it easier for us to contact you or handle your enquiry. Providing the data marked as required is necessary for us to receive and handle your enquiry, and without it we will not be able to answer your question. Providing other data is voluntary.
The form asks for your email address (required) and, optionally, your first name and the content of your message. The form is handled by a server function running on Cloudflare Pages. Before accepting the form, the function checks it with Cloudflare Turnstile, a spam protection service. For this check, Cloudflare receives your IP address and technical information from your browser. We then receive your enquiry by email, together with the address of the page where you sent the form and the time it was sent.
The personal data you send us using the contact form is processed:
- to identify you as the sender and to handle the enquiry you sent through the form - the legal basis is that processing is necessary for the performance of a contract for the provision of a service (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
- for analytical and statistical purposes - the legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), which consists in keeping statistics of the enquiries Users send through the Website in order to improve its features.
5. Website analytics
We analyse traffic statistics on the Website using Cloudflare Web Analytics (Cloudflare, Inc., based in the USA). The service does not use cookies on your device, and the statistics available to us are aggregated.
The purpose and scope of data collection and of further processing and use by the service provider, as well as your options to contact the provider and your rights in this respect, are described in the provider’s privacy policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
6. Data processing period
The period for which we process your data depends on the type of service provided and the purpose of processing. As a rule, we process data for as long as we provide the service, until you withdraw your consent, or until you raise an effective objection to the processing (where the legal basis for processing is our legitimate interest).
The processing period may be extended where processing is necessary to establish and pursue possible claims or to defend against them, and after that only if and to the extent required by law.
When the processing period ends, your data is irreversibly deleted or anonymised.
7. Your rights
Since we process your personal data, you have the following rights:
- the right to information about the processing of personal data - on this basis, at your request, we will give you information about the processing of your data, in particular the purposes and legal bases of processing, the scope of the data we hold, the entities to which it is disclosed and the planned date of its deletion;
- the right to obtain a copy of the data - on this basis, at your request, we will give you a copy of the processed data concerning you;
- the right to rectification - at your request, we must remove any inconsistencies or errors in the processed personal data and complete the data if it is incomplete;
- the right to erasure - on this basis, you can request the deletion of data whose processing is no longer necessary for any of the purposes for which it was collected;
- the right to restriction of processing - on this basis, at your request, we will stop performing operations on your personal data, except for operations you have consented to, and stop storing it, in line with our retention rules or until the reasons for restricting the processing cease to exist;
- the right to data portability - on this basis, to the extent that your data is processed in connection with a contract or your consent, we will give you the data you provided in a machine-readable format. You can also ask us to send this data to another entity, provided we have the technical means to do so;
- the right to object to processing for other purposes - you can object at any time to the processing of personal data based on our legitimate interest (for example, for analytical or statistical purposes or for reasons related to the protection of property). An objection in this respect should include a justification;
- the right to withdraw consent - if your data is processed on the basis of your consent, you have the right to withdraw it at any time, which does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal;
- the right to lodge a complaint - if you believe that the way we process your personal data violates the GDPR or other data protection laws, you can lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland.
8. Data recipients
Because we want to provide you with the best possible service, we disclose your personal data to our trusted partners, in particular to providers responsible for operating our IT systems, such as hosting and email.
